L'OREAL eye cosmetics review

I get to test new products before they hit the store shelves.  One of my favorite places to test products for is BzzAgent .com.  I have been with them for 5 years and love most of the things I try.  My current campaign is for two L'Oreal cosmetic products; L’Oreal® Paris One Sweep™ Eye Shadow  &  L’Oreal® Double Extend® Eye Illuminator Mascara.
The L’Oreal® Paris One Sweep™ Eye Shadow is a product I wish was around years ago!  I have never been good at finding colors that go with my skin tone, and therefore not worn eyeshadow often.  This product has 3 shadow colors on a palette and a shadow applier that is the shape of your eyelid area.  You drag the applier over the colors vertically, and then apply it to your eyelid.  I love the results!!!
You can buy a different color palette that complements your color of eyes...my One Sweep Eye Shadow is for brown eyes, and the colors go well together--to define, color and highlight my eyes.  There are peel off directions on the bottom of the container and a handy mirror inside the case for quick touch-ups.  This will become one of my favorite pieces of make-up.

The L’Oreal® Double Extend® Eye Illuminator Mascara review will not be as kind.  I like the idea, a mascara & a highlighter (illuminator) in the same tube...very space saving and convenient.
Step 1 (my mascara) is a Black basecoat  & Step 2 (the illuminator) is Black Quartz, a color chosen for people with brown eyes.   There are 4 different illuminator colors to choose from, play around with the colors to find your favorite.
Step one was a mess...!  The mascara was gloppy and gummy, I had to clean the wand 4 times before I got a reasonable amount without clumps.  Even with the clean wand the mascara went on clumpy.  I made quite a mess, lol.  After applying a successful swipe to each eye, I let that layer dry.  Step 2 was a breeze, the illuminator came out clump free and was easy to apply.  I really liked the color also...a sparkly burgundy-ish tone.
I did not like the mascara...am hoping I just got a bad tube.  I will buy this item at the store to give it another try, but mostly for Step 2.

I give the Eyeshadow an A+ and the Mascara a C

Gold's Gym

Gold's Gym is on my (S)hit list...horrible company to deal with.  Billing me after I canceled & giving me the run-around.  Grrrrr.  And it seems no one in their company can help me with the problem....I have called 3 different numbers-that they have given me.   Each person (4 of them) gave me a different reason on why they were still billing & none of them have anything to do with the contract we both signed.

I am going to guess that they want you to get so frustrated dealing with them-that you just give up.   I hate to say I did get frazzled and raised my voice a few times.  (maybe more than a few)
Today is day two of phone calls.......
